Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

First, thank you for your purchase. Once we confirm your payment via Zella, Paypal, we will prepare your order and ship it out within 24-48 hours. Once the order shipped out and you will get an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details.

Can you return or replace the order that has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has shipped, due to the COVID -19 we will not be able to accept the return of any items until further notice.

When will you receive my Order?

After your order is shipped out, you may expect to receive your item within the following time frame:

  • In Metro areas: 2 – 7 working days Ground Shipping (except Sunday and holidays)
  • In Non-Metro areas: 3 – 10 working days Ground shipping (except Sunday and holidays)
